How does the 14-day Pro trial work?

Every new coach signup gets 14 days of Pro for free, no credit card required. After 14 days, you can either upgrade to a paid plan or drop to the Free plan automatically. No charges, no surprises.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via LemonSqueezy (our payment processor). Annual billing saves 20%.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data is always exportable.

Do you support promo codes?

Yes. Apply a promo code at checkout through LemonSqueezy — the discount is reflected on your invoice. Codes come from our sales partners or campaign promotions.

How does the referral program work?

Every coach gets a unique referral link in their dashboard. When a coach you referred upgrades to a paid plan, you earn one month of free credit (up to 12 months per year). Credit applies automatically at your next renewal.

What countries do you support?

All of them. LemonSqueezy is our merchant of record — they handle VAT, sales tax, and currency conversion globally. The listed price is what you pay, whether you're coaching from Cairo, Sydney, São Paulo, or San Francisco.
